remove weekly/daily enhance requirement

i understand that this is to force ppl to enhance and burn HONS
but for later stages, to just get the weekly box , unless u are paying up cash , the upgrades cost is too high imo
(10/10 upgrade cost>50 for current price, not counting modify)
resulting in upgrading trash and late game progression stalling rapid, unless theres is some hidden good side effect im not aware of, dont think this game aspect is worth for the sake of tokenomics

by removing the enhance req, mid to late game players can concentrate their resource on items that truely matter to them
